Functions

Each individually wrapped Rose Bengal sterile strip is impregnated with 1.5 mg of Rose Bengal. These strips are used as a diagnostic agent in routine ocular examinations or when superficial conjunctival or corneal tissue changes are suspected. They are effective in diagnosing keratoconjunctivitis sicca, keratitis, abrasions, or corneal erosion, as well as detecting foreign bodies.


Specifications

Usage: Diagnostic agent for routine ocular examinations and suspected superficial conjunctival or corneal changes.

Application: Moisten the tip of the strip (the side with Rose Bengal) with 1 to 2 drops of sterile water or sterile ophthalmic irrigating solution. Gently touch the fornix or conjunctiva with the wet tip.

Content: Each strip contains 1.5 mg of Rose Bengal.

Packaging: Each pouch contains one strip, with 100 pouches per box.
